At Ajazz Keyboard, we want you to be completely satisfied with your typing experience; if your new keyboard isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original packaging and in like-new condition to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack your Ajazz keyboard, including all original accessories, cables, and keycap pullers, into the original box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
